What the pilot is testing

Attribute-first: AI first extracts meaningful attributes (spaces) without forcing them into fixed fields.
Two standards: Uses PLU/IFPS for produce names/varieties + GS1 GPC for category/disambiguation.
Deterministic: Same input → same formalised output (order and separators do not matter).
